Intake Form
A comprehensive questionnaire providing insights into your training history, lifestyle, and fitness objectives.

Initial Consult
A 60-90 minute Zoom session to delve deeper into your intake form and chart your path forward.

bMM assessment
A thorough evaluation of your body composition, movement capabilities, and aerobic fitness to create a well-informed training program.

Training & Design
Based on your assessment, we craft a personalized program including lifestyle recommendations, training plans, and priority-setting.

Nutrition &
Lifestyle Optimisation
A 60-90 minute Zoom session to delve deeper into yoLIFESTYLE OPTIMISATION We would assess where you are currently and identify what could be the best place to improve your health outside. Long term we would also look at how you can optimize your health better through lifestyle management, neuroscientific principles, personal nutrition and fitness. ur intake form and chart your path forward.

Ongoing Consults
Regular check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to review progress, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous advancement.

We Offer
online personal training
(1/2/3 sessions a week together & additional assignments as required) fitness objectives.
individual design remote coaching
(With bi weekly and monthly educational calls i.e you do your program on your own but we discuss checkpoints together and reassess)
All programs include training as well as lifestyle and nutrition education and prescriptions.
