He’s been spearheading my training journey for the last 3 and a half years, and I can safely say he’s helped me become the most capable and strongest version of myself till date.
He’s helped me build back from an injury, tons of mental strife, and has helped me work toward my physical and aesthetic goals in a manner that enables me to live my life to the fullest as well.
As a fitness coach myself, he has helped me become a better one too. Our monthly calls, weekly encouragement messages and detailed planning and structure toward my fitness, food, supplementation, and recovery protocols has been exactly what I need.

499 logged workouts with Vidur andI can't recommend him enough! It has been a steady linear progress to my overall health and well-being. And I wouldn’t change it one bit.
It was December 2020 when I had moved back to Mumbai. Since it was during covid, and the gyms were shut; I went ahead and invested in equipment for the home. I had decided ahead that I needed a coach and partner to help me with my journey towards longevity. I had known Vidur for a few years by then, from our CFLP days in Gurgaon. And he was the first I pinged to help me on this journey.

With over a decade of fitness experience, I've tried numerous workouts and worked with different trainers, but none have compared to Vidur. Our journey began in Sept 2022 with a simple goal: "I want to get stronger." Two years later, I'm not only physically stronger but also mentally resilient.

I have been training with Vidur for over a year now, and the journey has been fantastic. When we started, I wanted to train at home, and Vidur seamlessly tailored workouts for my setup—a bench, some bands, and convertible dumbbells. His programs fit perfectly.
Though I wasn’t always consistent, Vidur would encourage me to get my workouts in, even if it was just some movement. This persistence has made daily movement a habit, whether it’s a full workout or a 45-minute walk.

Working with Vidur has been a rewarding experience. I started out a sceptical 4 years ago since it was a remote relationship but it has been nothing short of life changing for me. The individual design experience with Vidur as my coach has been the longest fitness experience and it has allowed me to explore different areas of fitness. As I turn 31 this year I am in a very different place physically and mentally than I would have imagined when I first started.
The program is a lot more than a training program and nutrition prescriptions or a diet plan. We got into the different areas of fitness and how we could take an all rounded approach to improving my overall quality of life through the medium of fitness. We solved for better nutrition, better lifestyle design, managing stressors outside.
This year I participated in my first Muay Thai competitive match. I can run 5km comfortably under 25 minutes, lift my bodyweight for multiple reps in full range of motion squats, can do 8+ bodyweight pull ups. These are just the few “physical” benefits.
Needless to say my body has changed in more ways than I had ever imagined and I can now do things that seemed far-fetched 5 years ago. I feel capable.
Vidur has been a mentor and friend more than a fitness provider and that has reflected in the design of my program as it was unique to me and crafted for me. It took into consideration how life outside the training room was and is to get the best outcomes for life. I highly recommend working with Vidur.

This December of 2024, I will be completing 3 years working with Vidur. I can safely say that there is remarkable change from the person I was to the person that I continue to strive to be.
When I began with Vidur, he taught me his way of making fitness sustainable through life. I didn’t understand it at first but after spending 100+ weeks on aerobic fitness progressions and experiencing movements and prescriptions written to me, it has all started to make sense to me. I’ve become patient, capable, pain free and regained higher levels of physical freedom.
When we first started I was experiencing shoulder pain and upper back discomfort from years of playing racquet sports and my love for crossfit. The assessment and fixes during a friendly chat on the gym floor immediately improved my pain. Over the years in our work together I’ve seen a shift in how I approach nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, sports, relationships as an individual. Life has been fast, busy, and exciting to say the least. I’ve picked up new sports, traveled more than ever, started different professional ventures but through this journey I’ve managed to stay consistent and thrive in my personal fitness journey.
I completed 45 years of age this year and I continue to break the glass ceiling. I have started to compete professionally in the game of Padel and Squash. Sports are important to me. At a time when many athletes sunset their careers in the sport, I continue to participate and compete against like minded individuals. Squash can be a knee destroying and stamina killing sport but after spending 3 years under Vidur’s guidance I have knees that are stronger as ever and conditioning surpassing way beyond what I was capable of at age 30.
I feel more capable as a human being and I have seen a significant shift in my understanding and relationship with my fitness from years of training to what it has become in the last 3 years. It’s been fulfilling to say the least.
This week I will complete 500 workouts with Vidur. We’re just getting started and I look forward to the challenges to overcome. This is a milestone I can attribute to my friend, coach and mentor, Vidur Gupta.
