LIVE A LARGER LIFE

Fitness has been the most intentional practice towards living a larger life. And this is why I choose to be a fitness professional.

 

In my 13 years of personalised fitness and 6 years as a professional, I have worked with over 300 individuals across different formats—personal/group training, indoor/outdoor training, training for sport performance/vitality, training to look good, feel good and be pain-free. In this time, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches in my ecosystem, and through practice have recognised that individualised, assessment based fitness could be the solution to lifelong personal fitness challenges.

I believe the end goal in the pursuit of personal fitness is autonomy and self-reliance—it is a reminder that the mountain is only yours to climb, and you will experience the beauty (friendship, companionship, guidance, obstacles, outcomes) of life along the way. Know that the mountain of life and personal well being is a lifelong one to climb and I’d be happy to guide you through the best possible way for you to do just that, so that you can continue to climb even once we go our separate ways.

I am an OPEX CCP Coach, Crossfit Level 2 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach; and I believe that fitness is a lifelong principle

and never a destination.

COMMANDMENTS TO FITNESS

Here are the things you can do for your personal fitness RIGHT NOW.

EAT PLANTS & PROTEIN

Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, grains, oil,

meat, poultry, egg, dairy, and seafood.

MOVE BLOOD & BREATHE

Go for a walk and challenge your breathing every day.

OVERCOME PHYSICAL CHALLENGES

Lift weights 3-4x a week and apply fitness in the form of

sports and other physical experiences.

GO TO BED AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY

Get 7+ hours of quality sleep at night.

GET SOME SUN DAILY

To regulate your circadian rhythm and energy early in the day.

CHEW YOUR FOOD

To pay attention to your hunger cues and effectively break down

and absorb nutrients from the food you eat.

DRINK AT LEAST 10 GLASSES OF WATER

After all, you need to breakdown and transport the nutrients from

the food you eat for adequate energy transfer.

ENJOY LIFE OUTSIDE THE GYM

Spend time with your loved ones, play sports, and be active.

MOVE EVERY SINGLE DAY

And move because you can. We were born to move and live a larger life,

so start moving and start living!

REPEAT THIS DAILY.
